Film treatment
My film will start with an actor walking down a dingy street that you wouldn’t really trust but he’s listening to music ignoring how shady the area is you can faintly hear the music while he’s just strolling along. Then all of a sudden 2 people one behind one on the side, the one on the side hits his stomach and the other puts the bag on his head then he starts to struggle like his life depends on it I’ll then slow everything down zooming in on the face as he struggles then ill put a loud heart beat with the background noise while his voice faintly struggles then eventually one of the people will knock him out and it’ll cut to him waking up on a chair by the camera lens slowly opening using the camera since it hasn’t focused yet to be like his eyes getting used to being exposed to the light you’ll hear faint parts of people talking about what’s going out enough to hear sound but not understand what they’re saying as this is happening the camera will turn left and right slowly like the victim is looking round really trying to get an idea of what on earth is going on than all of a sudden a change of focus will happen one of the kidnappers will slap or do a slap motion then the camera will quickly turn right with a foley slap noise showing the effect it will quickly switch view to an over the shoulder shot of the kidnapper and he’ll say “where is it” the person strapped to the chair will look confused not a clue on what he means and still a bit stunned and then he’ll throw a plate and scream the sentence again and then the victim will shout “what do you mean, where’s what. Kidnapper “you know what the” then he stops suddenly as he heard a banging noise and that when the plot to the story where the escape is made. My story is basically a kidnapping where someone escapes.
Film synopsis
This is a story about a kidnapping it’s when you get kidnapped and the situation you’re in it will show how he escapes it with an interesting method this shows the intensity of interrogation and how scary it really is being in this situation and how escaping is not as easy as some films make it look also really opens up the fear and gets people to be more careful in the world.

Logline
Someone is walking down the street which is very dingey listening to music then all of a sudden he gets a bag over his head and dragged to the ground then he wakes up in someone’s garage where he’ll hear people talking and from there they are interrogating him doing their best to try get information out of him and the one strapped to a chair has to escape.
Script
Scene 1
Location: Castletown river
Adam: (Burying something suspicious and as he’s covers it up he starts to run away looking frightened.
Location: dingy street in town end(Night)
Adam: walking down the street with earphones in his ears looking happy and joyful
Alex and Darren: staring at Adam at a distance with a dirty look on their faces, after Adam walks past they follow up behind him sneakily and then attack him from behind with a brick that will knock him out then they’ll put a bag on his head and start dragging him across the floor.
Scene 2
Location: my garage
Adam: starts to wake up with a bad head and not realizing what’s going on at the moment while he sees a very blurred Alex and Darren sorting out the equipment
Alex: says “we got a few hours to find out where he’s buried it”
Darren: “yeah don’t worry I’ll get the location without a doubt”
Adam: (starts to relies what’s going on) says “help me” at the top of his lungs.
Alex: (walks over to Adam) shouts “quiet you or ill smash your skull”
Darren: (hands over Alex a knife prop)
Alex: (places the knife on his throat) “You’re going to tell me where you buried all that cash”
Adam: (starts to realize why it’s happening and he starts thinking)
Adam (day dreaming): (starts burying the cash in the ground and runs away suspiciously)
Adam: (took a long pause before talking then snaps out of it): “proceeds to say I haven’t got a clue what you’re on about, what money?”
Darren: (Intervenes and slaps Adam across the face) “You’re going to fucking tell us where that money is or well break every finger and toe you got”
Adam(spits): let me go I don’t know anything about the money, you got the wrong guy.
Alex: (angry): “We know it was you so stop playing around”
(someone bangs on the garage loudly so Alex and Darren go to inspect)
(Adam then starts to cut the rope with the piece of plate he picks up from the floor as they are distracted and then his hands are free)
(Darren and Alex went back inside, so quickly Adam puts the plate piece under his seat and puts his hands behind the chair where they were so they couldn’t see)
Alex: (rolling eyes) “kids”
Darren: (angrily throws a plate and smashes it near Adam) “I’ve had enough tell us now before we start to torture you”
Adam: (without them seeing grabs a piece of broken plate and sits on it) “I told you I haven’t got a clue what you’re on about, you have the wrong guy”
Scene 3
Darren and Alex go to the back off the garage getting equipment to torture Adam with while they are doing that Adam starts to cut the rope with the smashed plate he picked up of the floor.
Darren and Alex bring the priors and go to put it on his fingers but then realize the rope isn’t tying his hands together anymore
Adam then swing a punch at Alex and he then drops to the floor.
Darren then throws a punch and Adam dodges it and swings for the stomach and winds him.
Adam then runs towards the garage and grab the garage open and starts making a run for it Darren and Alex start chasing Adam around the street, Adam is very fast but as he goes across the road and the camera switches to Alex and Darren where they look left and there’s a car with bright light and the screen goes black with the foley noise of a car drifting and a thump then you see Darren staring at Alex since he’s dead

Adam: starts walking down the river with earphones listening to the same song before he was kidnapped and stop at where he buried the money and gets his back pack and gets the trowel and starts digging then it does an over the shoulder shot and down into the whole where a bright light will shine into the camera looking like there’s valuable goods
